MINEOLA, USA & MERKENDORF, GERMANY: Clear Skies Solar Inc. (CSKH), a leading provider of turnkey solar electricity installations and renewable energy solutions, announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Payom Solar AG, supplier of in-roof and on-roof solar-energy systems.

"Now that the credit markets have regained a strong foothold and are poised for growth, we expect our expansion to be far in excess of our original model. Working with Payom will also expand our already substantial international reach."
The purpose of the MOU is to explore possibilities of a strategic cooperation under which Clear Skies Solar and Payom intend to use the sourcing capabilities of both companies for its PV products as well as uniting the technical knowledge of CSS and Payom for construction and design of PV products.
