Spire to use Rudolph's process control software in turnkey solar cell lines

BEDFORD, USA: Spire Corp., a global solar company providing turnkey solar factories and capital equipment to manufacture photovoltaic (PV) modules worldwide, and Rudolph Technologies Inc., a leader in process characterization solutions for semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing, have reached an agreement to include Rudolph’s Discover Solar yield analysis and process management software as part of Spire’s turnkey manufacturing product lines.
