Sirius Integrator announces Sirius high availability solar systems

DEVENS, USA: Sirius Integrator announced today that they are now an OEM of Evergreen Solar's new ES-C Series 12 volt, 80 watt solar panel systems and are providing "Sirius High Availability Solar Systems" to customers throughout the United States.

The Evergreen ES-C Series, coupled with our EFOY Pro Fuel Cell Solution, provides a highly available remote power system that maintains mission-critical devices without human intervention for long periods of time.

The ES-C Series provides an economical source of power when the sun is shining and the EFOY Pro automatically turns on as backup when the sun isn't shining, triggered by the EFOY's battery sensor. The result is a solar hybrid with high reliability unlike any other industrial solar system, stationary or mobile, used today.

The lifetime of the EFOY Pro is maximized by leveraging solar energy, when available, but never leaves remote devices fully reliant on if there is enough solar energy output at any given time to power them. This setup utilizes the best of both technologies to provide highly reliable remote power.

Our new "Sirius High Availability Solar Systems(TM) " include several components kitted together, customized, and serviced to bring a whole new level of safety to Physical & Homeland Security, Industrial Communications, and several other remote applications.

We typically reduce the number of solar panels and lead acid batteries needed for an application. This greatly reduces battery-charging labor, battery management activities, and solar panel theft & damage. Reduction of the use of lead acid batteries can also greatly reduce the amount of heavy metal pollution that currently makes its way into landfills and pollutes our water supplies.

Typical configurations include one or two ES-C Series panels, a solar controller, a top-of-pole solar mount with tripod per panel, connected to a properly sized EFOY Pro direct methanol fuel cell. The fuel cell can be housed in a stationary or mobile enclosure. EFOY Pros are used as primary and secondary remote backup power, are tolerant of cold environments, very quiet, rugged, green, and power devices for hundreds of days.
