KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA: EPOD Solar Inc. of Nevada would like to clarify the news release issued by ICP Solar Technologies Inc. on December 30, 2009 announcing a potential merger with EPOD Solar Inc., an operating solar business incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
For clarity please note that EPOD Solar Inc., which is incorporated in Nevada, is a completely separate entity from EPOD Solar Inc., an operating solar business incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
The news release issued by ICP Solar Technologies Inc. on December 30, 2009 is related to a potential merger between ICP Solar Technologies Inc. and EPOD Canada, a private Canadian Company. It has no relation to EPOD Nevada.
