THE WOODLANDS, USA: Evolution Solar announced that management has executed a letter of Intent (LOI) with Energy Diversity Group (EDGe) to act as its energy management consultant for selected EVSO solar powered projects.
EDGe is a full-service energy management consultancy that concentrates on helping clients develop and execute cost-effective energy management strategies. The LOI is the first step in pursuing definitive agreements, anticipated within 60 days.
Under the terms of the LOI, EDGe has agreed to act as a full service energy management consultant for agreed upon projects, including responsibilities for interpreting legislation, Renewable Energy Certificates and emission allowances & credits.
EDGe is to also facilitate full energy audits for specific EVSO projects. As part of the deal, EDGe is to utilize EVSO as a consultant and/or authorized distributor for solar product solutions.
