The private treaty/negotiated sale, which runs from now through May 18, 2012, is open to buyers interested in the total package of assets or individual lots.

Among the assets being sold are late model crystal-growers, including more than 20 Kayex CG6000 and KX150, slicers, saws, grinders, shapers, slabber/squaring machines, wafer cleaning systems, slurry recycling systems, test and inspection equipment, and a broad array of material handling and plant support equipment.
