Heraeus to exhibit SOL9610 series at SNEC 7th (2013)

CHINA: The Heraeus Photovoltaics Business Unit will be attending the SNEC 7th (2013) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition at May 14th to 16th, 2013.

Heraeus will highlight their SOL9610 Series front-side metallization pastes for conventional c-Si solar cells.
The SOL9610 Series is Heraeus' newest line of front-side metallization pastes. Formulated to print with finger opening less than 50um, the SOL9610 Series provides finer line resolution than previous generations of paste.

With the improved contact to silicon wafers, test results have demonstrated cell efficiencies greater than 19 percent.

Dr. Weiming Zhang, VP of Technology for  Heraeus Photovoltaic Business Unit, said: "The SOL9610 Series represents one of Heraeus' highest performing front-side pastes for conventional c-Si solar cells. With our latest innovation breakthroughs in R&D, this is only the cornerstone of the new products we will be delivering to the market."

"The SOL9610 Series was released earlier this year with very positive feedback from the early adopters," states Bill Gao , Business Unit Manager of the China Region for the Heraeus Photovoltaics Business Unit.

"Customers are impressed by their increased cell efficiency while using less paste per cell with the use of the new SOL9610 Series. Customers are also commenting on the adhesion reliability once their cells are integrated into modules. Several top cell manufacturers in China are using our SOL9610 Series in their mass production lines and they appreciate the local technical service Heraeus provides."
